atrom: Just got done running and doing crunches…. I can’t believe I have kept up with this for so long. It really feels great…. next, I’m going to try and cut out mt. dew. Not sure if I’m ready for that yet. Set a short term goal for yourself. Cut out Mt. Dew for just 21 days. Shoot for that 21 days and then after those 21 days you’re body will crave it less, if at all.
